TreeFrog Data Solutions, founded in March 1998, is a small, woman owned corporation that provides medical claims processing, quality assurance, and healthcare administrative assistance.  TreeFrog has been providing quality services to the Department of Defense (DoD) Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) and Veterans Administration (VA) for over twelve years.  TreeFrog has a great reputation in the DoD and VA healthcare community as an innovative company dedicated to developing staffing and collection strategies that dramatically improve the financial bottom line.

TreeFrog employees are educated in effective business processes that incorporate VA and DoD policies, instructions, and directives. We have extensive knowledge of the entire revenue cycle. TreeFrog has performed all the key elements:  Clinic Intake Staffing, Eligibility, Insurance Verification, Coding, Auditing, Provider Training, Claims submittal, Payment Posting, Claims follow-up, Appeals, Judge Advocate Claim Referrals, and Quality Control.
